We are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our team in Sheffield on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Act as the 'face' of the dealership and provide the highest level of customer service.
- Collaborate within the service team to load and plan the workshop, maximising utilisation under the direction of the Workshop Controller.
- Handle customer and workshop demands in line with MAN company processes and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar dealership or service department environment.
- High standard of Excel and familiarity with parts identifier systems such as ESA Mantis.
- Proven track record within a supervisory capacity is an advantage.
