Do you have experience within order management?
We are recruiting for a Administrator to join our team in Manchester, Swindon or Bellshill on a full time permanent basis.
In this role you will:
- Carry out all electronic document filing in adherence to internal processes.
- Raising Purchase Orders to suppliers (internal and external) and liaising with them to ensure deadlines are met .
- Update delivery dates and handover dates within ESA system.
- Arranging vehicle movements .
- Apply for V55 and arrange taxation for new vehicles via RAV.
- Ensure receipt of cleared funds prior to release of new vehicles.
- Raising customer invoices for deposits, Road Fund Licence, and vehicle payments.
- Progress chasing vehicles from point of order to handover, advising team of any delays.
- Assist all members of the Order Management and Sales teams with any reasonable request.
- To provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner .
- Working closely with management to obtain relevant authorisations.
- Adherence to all current company procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (predominately Excel) and SAP (desirable).
- Highly organised with great time management.
- Strong communicator, with ability to work both alone and part of a remote team.
- Ability to manage own workload and re-prioritise tasks as necessary, dependent on the needs of the wider team and company.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail.
