Have you completed a Degree and are looking to gain industry experience? Are you studying in Business, Management, Administration, Economics or similar? We are recruiting 10 undergraduates to join the MAN team on a 13-month placement in MAN UK headquarters in Swindon. This role will allow students to gain valuable experience and insights into a leading vehicle manufacturer.
As an undergraduate, you will gain deep insights into various areas of MAN. In our team-oriented performance culture, you will take on responsibility right from the start. With your ideas, you will advance projects of the future. Together with your manager and mentor, you will be allocated projects to support business improvement. You will become part of our team and help shape our future through real enthusiasm, passion, determination and courage.

Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way, and you will have the flexibility to manage your time between the office and home. Some roles will require additional travel across the UK and abroad. As an undergraduate, you will be expected to be based from our Swindon office, 3 days a week.
Onboarding will start in July, with a cohort induction with fellow undergraduates. You will then return to your home department for localised team induction and project allocations. You will be allocated a mentor, who will be there to guide and support your journey. All students will also complete a development programme, linked to their professional development and an exit interview to gauge distance travelled, enabling students to reflect and support their onward career.
Recruitment will consist of an online application, followed by an in-person assessment centre. This is subject to change if a high volume of applications are received.

- Sales: Using market intelligence to aid business development through thoughtful use of data.
- People & Culture: Supporting the team to use information and data to propel our workforce into being future ready.
- Operational Excellence: Delivery on global system rollouts, assigned by our head office in Munich and implemented across our UK network.
- Marketing: Insights driven marketing content, strengthening brand presence in the external marketplace.
- IT: Investigating and understanding potential use of AI across our different business functions.
