Do you have experience with supporting internal and external stakeholders in the automotive industry? Do you have technical knowledge of vehicle components and service requirements, and ensure all dealer and customer technical issues are resolved in the field in a professional and timely manner?
We are recruiting for a Technical Support Manager (TGE) to join our team on a full time permanent basis. In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain an ongoing working relationship with the Swindon technical support department
- Assist the Regional Support Managers with regard to TGE technical support issues and attend structured meetings with dealer and customers as required
- Provide technical in service reports as required
- Carry out annual Road Speed Limiter audits at approved MAN dealer locations in line with DVSA requirements
In order to perform this role effectively, you must have good presentation and negotiating skills, be dealer and customer focused, and have a good commercial awareness. It is important you also have working knowledge of computer diagnostic systems for fault finding and programming requirements.
