Overview
We are recruiting for a Support Contracts Administrator to join our team in Swindon on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Produce contracts and distribute to the customer
- Scan, file and maintain customer contracts and records
- Ensure quotations are produced in a timely manner for all aspects of Repair & Maintenance
- Provide support for the Repair & Maintenance department in answering telephone enquiries and carrying out administration duties as required
- Contribute to the departments KPI’s and the companies financial objectives
- Monitor and record any non-conformance of the quality systems and implement and record the required corrective and preventative action within your area of responsibility
To perform this role effectively, you will need to be customer focused, showing excellent communication skills while building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. You must show attention to detail while administering Contract applications, contract set-up and assist in the daily operation of the Repair and Maintenance administration area.
