We are looking for a Senior Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- In a busy parts environment, provide advice, help and support to customers and solve complex parts-related queries.
- Identify truck, van or coach parts as queries that come in, and ensure we hold all the stock we need to maintain the smooth running of the parts department within the branch operation.
- Promote further parts sales in the branch and look for opportunities to maximise sales.
- Be proactive in maintaining customer service standards while promoting our services and products to maximise all sales opportunities.
- Be analytical, methodical and able to problem solve while maintaining strong administration and ensuring all the corresponding paperwork is up to date.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good analytical brain, proactive in maintaining customer service standards whilst promoting our services and products to maximise all sales opportunities, and have a keen attention to detail.
- Experience of working in the truck industry is a real advantage; coming from the automotive world would also help.
- Be methodical, have the ability to problem solve whilst being a strong administrator, as you will need to ensure all the corresponding paperwork is up to date.
