We are seeking skilled Civils Operatives and Team Leaders for full-time, on-site roles located in Power, MT. The responsibilities include overseeing and performing civil construction tasks, operating machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting electrical infrastructure projects. Team Leaders will also be responsible for assigning tasks, supervising team members, and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
Qualifications
- Experience in civil construction tasks, including trenching, duct installation, and concrete works
- Ability to operate machinery such as excavators, dumper trucks, and other equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures within civil engineering and construction environments
- Leadership and team management skills, including task delegation and effective communication (required for Team Leader roles)
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various outdoor conditions
- Valid certifications or licenses for machinery operation and a valid driver’s license are highly preferred
