5–7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with C# and .NET. Proven experience in architectural design, system scalability, and distributed systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Embracing agentic engineering—willingness and ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflow. Ability to balance delivery of business value with long-term technical strategy. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus. Strong advocate for collaborative development practices and continuous improvement.
