Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in the team's core systems, using them effectively to support daily operations.
  • Support oversight of Service Provider and Transfer Agency processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the reconciliation of capital flows, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while maintaining data integrity.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the operating model and key controls, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating on their implementation.
  • Assist in managing client queries and cases through Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain relationships across global teams including Sales, Middle Office, Front Office, and Senior Management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic record.
  • Enthusiasm and genuine eagerness to learn.
  • Self‑motivated and diligent, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communicator — written and verbal.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation formulas, handling large datasets).
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.

To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years.

Not to have previously studied the course content.

Not to undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship.

Qualification Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist with IMC.

Duration: 15‑month programme (12‑month training, 3‑month apprenticeship assessment).

Project and presentation, and portfolio-based interview.
