Man Group is seeking a driven and ambitious Client Operations Apprentice to join our Client Operations team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in asset management operations. The team sits at the heart of Man Group's investor flows oversight, acting as a central hub across our investment engines, giving you broad exposure to fund operations, risk management, and operational controls from day one.
Responsibilities
- Become proficient in the team's core systems, using them effectively to support daily operations
- Support oversight of Service Provider and Transfer Agency processes and procedures
- Contribute to the reconciliation of capital flows, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while maintaining data integrity
- Develop a strong understanding of the operating model and key controls, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating on their implementation
- Assist in managing client queries and cases through Salesforce
- Build and maintain relationships across global teams including Sales, Middle Office, Front Office, and Senior Management
