Location: Swindon
Duration: 9 Month FTC
In this role you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Provide timely and accurate finance quotes for the full range of financial products, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
- Generate contractual documents for all financial products in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy.
- Process signed contract documents in the system and handle payment of vehicle invoices, including maintaining Salesforce and other company records.
- Process approved requests for early settlements, terminations, insurance losses, and any contractual changes, ensuring that system records and tracker spreadsheets accurately reflect these updates.
- Proactively manage the end-of-lease process for all vehicles, including customer communication to ensure timely returns and/or terminations as needed.
