MAN Commercial Protection are looking for an Assistant Security Supervisor located in Poole.
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights.
Shift timings will be: 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00.
Pay rate: £13.10ph
Main Responsibilities:
- Standing in for a Security Supervisor when they are unavailable/holiday/sickness
- Assist with Training & Development
- Assist with ensuring client policies and procedures are followed
- Assist with ensuring SOPs & EOPs are followed
- Assisting with management of daily operations
- Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner
- Knowledge of security systems including life safety systems
- Check alarms and log information
- Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
- Patrolling of premises
- Signing contractors in & out.
- Any other additional duties that may be required
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in Management preferred, but not essential
- Full 5-year checkable work/education history
- Fire Marshall / lOSH training is advantageous but not essential.
- You MUST hold a valid SIA DS license and up to date first aid certificate
- You must be able to work on your own initiative
- CCTV license preferred but not essential
