We’re seeking a B2B digital marketing specialist – or an in-house marketing manager with strong agency experience – who thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment. Role Overview: As our B2B Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll shape and execute integrated campaigns across web, email, SEO, paid media, and social platforms. Using a digital-first approach, you’ll leverage data and analytics to optimize performance, increase engagement, and convert interest into leads. You will lead content marketing, amplification, and demand generation efforts to create outstanding campaigns that generate high-quality leads and reinforce our reputation as industry leaders. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership and client-facing consultancy: 50% focusing on Man Bites Dog’s marketing strategy and execution, and 50% on delivering high-impact content, digital strategies, and brand positioning for key clients. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders to align marketing strategies with business goals and foster innovation across our services. Requirements: Minimum five years of experience creating and executing content campaigns, with a focus on high-quality written content for various platforms. At least five years of B2B digital marketing experience, with agency background preferred. Outstanding copywriting skills. Proven ability to create engaging content for senior B2B audiences such as CMOs. Success in lead generation and marketing funnel optimization. Strong expertise in digital channels, especially LinkedIn, SEO, AI, and content marketing, with a track record of leveraging these channels effectively. Experience developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Deep understanding of content marketing principles, including creation, distribution, and optimization. Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas persuasively to a senior B2B audience. Experience using digital tools and analytics to measure and improve marketing performance. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to market changes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective collaboration skills with internal teams and external stakeholders. Interest in sustainability, innovation, and future trends shaping business. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields; qualifications in English, History, PPE, Economics are also considered.
