Our motivated Restaurant Manager is looking for a right hand to support leadership and drive toward excellence and profitability. You may have strengths in wet sales, events, training or service; your goal is to become a fully well‑rounded manager. This role is key to our expansion plan for a £1.5 million per‑year site aiming for £2.5 million.
£30,000 salary plus estimated £12k‑£15k in service charge at lower tax rate. Full time (45‑hour weeks). 3 years hospitality experience required. English at intermediate level; Polish language is a plus. Immediate start.
Salary: On‑Target earnings of over £50k.
