Mamuśka! Southbank Waterloo in London is seeking a dedicated chef to be the Head Chef's right hand. This is a hands-on role performing chef duties while taking responsibility for managing team members and kitchen functions.
We are positioned for growth in 2025 and seek someone who can provide consistency and continuity for day-to-day operations when the Head Chef is off-site, including production planning, scheduling, shift supervision, ordering, and event planning.
