We’re looking for a keen detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers and client services teams to develop creative solutions that bring brands to life across digital and print touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone eager to hone their skills in brand identity, visual storytelling and design execution within a fast‑paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the creative team in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas.
- Be passionate about visual research and mood‑boarding to support creative development.
- Assist in the creation of visuals for presentations and other client deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with senior designers to refine design layouts.
- Contribute to brand guideline creation and maintain visual consistency across client projects.
- Support the artwork team by creating assets for production including digital and print specifications.
- Participate in internal design reviews and act on feedback effectively.
- Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools and technologies relevant to branding and digital media.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- About 2 years of professional design experience (agency experience would be great).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite programs.
- Good understanding of working with brand guidelines and toolkit elements (typography, colour, graphic devices).
- Ability to translate creative direction into slick, thoughtful visual outputs.
- Detail‑oriented, organised and able to hit project milestones and deadlines.
- Team worker with willingness to get stuck in and keen to present work in front of clients.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Digital design skills / Figma experience.
- Interest in brand strategy or copywriting.
