The role involves being the main point of contact for clients, maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring the agency delivers on its promises. You will be responsible for running accounts, managing critical paths, writing contact reports, and ensuring all work meets briefs and brand guidelines.

Who you’ll work with: You will collaborate closely with the Client Services team, including Account Directors and Account Executives, as well as Strategy and Creative teams. You will also liaise with Finance on billing and forecasting and be a trusted point of contact for marketing teams and senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Run client accounts day to day.
- Manage critical paths, write contact reports, proof work, and ensure everything meets the brief and brand guidelines.
- Attend and lead client meetings, capture feedback, and keep internal teams informed.
- Interrogate briefs, push back when necessary, and expand them for the creative team.
- Review creative output and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts, flag issues early, and contribute to billing plans.
- Use the job management system for quotes, POs, and invoices.
- Support new business activities and pitches as needed.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and attend shoots when required.
What we’re looking for: You should be organised, good with people, and able to engage in client conversations. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage responsibilities for quality, deadlines, and budgets are essential. Typically, you will have two to three years of experience in a brand or marketing environment, with a degree in Marketing or a similar field being beneficial.
