About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be part of our client services team - the link between the client and the agency. You will help manage the day-to-day running of accounts, ensuring projects move forward efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. You will collaborate with strategists, creatives, and project managers across research, design, and digital, as well as with external client teams. The role involves problem-solving, attending meetings, documenting progress, and supporting the wider team in developing and delivering brand and campaign projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in managing client relationships and communications
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next steps
- Coordinate internal teams and organise meetings, reviews, and presentations
- Assist in preparing creative briefs, proposals, and presentation materials
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with third-party suppliers where required
- Proof and check outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards
Desired Experience & Skills
- 1+ years' experience in a marketing or agency environment (desirable, not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
