Drive for a growing local business – not a faceless logistics giant. Mammoth Welfare Hire is one of the South East's leading suppliers of portable toilets, welfare units and site sanitation for construction sites and events. We’re growing fast and looking for reliable drivers to join our team right away.

This is local multi-drop and service work. You’ll be delivering, collecting and servicing our units across the South East – and you’ll be home every night, no nights out, no tramping.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering and collecting portable toilets and welfare units to construction sites and events
  • Carrying out scheduled servicing of units on customer sites
  • Being the friendly face of Mammoth with our customers – site managers and event organisers
  • Completing daily vehicle checks and simple digital job sheets (we’ll show you the ropes – our routes are planned for you)

What we’re looking for:

  • A full UK driving licence (standard Category B – no HGV licence needed, our vehicles are 3.5 tonne) with a clean(ish) record
  • A positive, can-do attitude – you’re happy working outdoors and getting stuck in
  • Reliability. Our customers depend on us turning up when we say we will
  • Experience in waste, hire, construction or multi-drop delivery is a bonus, but full training is provided – attitude matters more than CV

What you’ll get:

  • £35,000 basic salary – paid monthly, on time, every time
  • Bonuses taking realistic earnings up to £40,000
  • Home every night – all work is local to the South East
  • Modern, well-maintained vehicle and all kit provided
  • Full on-the-job training – no special qualifications or CPC required
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (30 days off a year in total)
  • Workplace pension
  • A small, friendly team where you’re a name, not a number – with real opportunity to grow as we do

How to apply:

We move fast – apply today, hear back within 24 hours. Call or text Max Smith on (phone number removed), or email your CV (or just a few lines about yourself).
