Are you an experienced and driven Workshop Service Manager? We need you to lead our service operations within the agricultural machinery sector in Southam. This is a top tier agricultural business selling and servicing new and used agricultural equipment.
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer support, efficient workshop performance, managing the team and time sheets. You will be the link between customers, engineers, and the wider business—ensuring that service delivery is professional, timely, and commercially effective.
Coming from a service management background, you will be:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service department
- Managing the service engineers
- Overseeing the diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
