The Role

  • Service, maintain and repair a full range of JCB machinery
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
  • Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Complete breakdown repairs efficiently and professionally
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults
  • Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards
  • Accurately complete service documentation and reports
  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing the dealership

About You

  • Previous experience working on construction, agricultural or plant machinery
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
  • JCB experience would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with relevant plant machinery experience
