We're looking for a JCB Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team in Ross-on-Wye. Whether you're an experienced plant engineer or have worked on agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

This isn’t just another engineering job. You’ll be joining a business that values its people, invests in training, and recognises that great engineers are the heart of the operation.

  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
  • Attending customer breakdowns and providing effective solutions
  • Completing inspections and preventative maintenance work
  • Keeping accurate service records and job reports

  • Experience working on plant machinery, agricultural equipment, HGVs, construction equipment or similar
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • A good understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A positive, can-do attitude and pride in your work

What you’ll get in return

We know good engineers are worth their weight in gold, so we make sure they’re looked after.

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Plenty of overtime available
  • Company vehicle
  • Ongoing manufacturer and technical training
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Pension scheme
  • Friendly and supportive management team
  • Long-term job security with a respected business

If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be appreciated, supported and given the opportunity to develop your career, we’d love to hear from you.
