We’re looking for a JCB Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team in Ross-on-Wye. What you’ll be doing
Every day is different. One day you could be carrying out a routine service, the next diagnosing a complex fault or helping a customer get a machine back up and running when they need it most. Your duties will include:
- Servicing and maintaining a wide range of JCB machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Attending customer breakdowns and providing effective solutions
- Completing inspections and preventative maintenance work
- Keeping accurate service records and job reports
- Delivering excellent customer service and representing the business professionally
