We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital presence and performance marketing efforts. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and digital excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of all digital marketing efforts across paid media, SEO, email, social, content, and web.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient ROI across all campaigns.
- Oversee website performance, user experience, conversion rate optimization, and analytics.
- Build and manage a high-performing digital marketing team; provide clear goals, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Analyze and report on key metrics to stakeholders; use insights to refine campaigns and strategy.
- Partner with creative and operations teams to align messaging and drive integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure deliverables are quality assured, cost-effective, on budget and consistent with brand standards.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep the brand on the cutting edge of digital marketing innovation.
- Own marketing automation and customer journey mapping to improve engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing (PPC, paid social, programmatic), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-backed strategies and hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, GA4, etc.).
- Determined commitment and sense of urgency to follow-up, follow-through, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience working in multi-location or retail environments is a plus.
