Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community.

We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritising direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential, and a vision to reimagine consumer packaged goods. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. As a company, we’re also committed to making a positive impact and have donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritise giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale growth marketing efforts for Harry’s Intl (UK & DE). In this highly data-driven role you’ll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns—overseeing key channels such as Meta, Google, Display, and Affiliates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative problem solving, rigorous analytics, and hands‑on execution. You will run programs that directly impact our omni‑channel growth, with a focus on driving efficient new customer acquisition and improving customer lifetime value (LTV).

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of profitable new customer acquisition, and help to define the longer term growth strategy across all channels.
  • Partner with Product to deliver growth initiatives that ladder to commercial business goals.
  • Translate data (channel, cohort, NPS) into actionable insights and strategy.
  • Own landing page roadmap and experimentation plan.
  • Develop the growth analytics infrastructure, including weekly & monthly reporting process to improve KPI visibility and decision‑making.
  • Surface insights to inform creative strategy and messaging.
  • Identify growth opportunities across the funnel (LP, Welcome Emails, UX & new marketing channels).
  • Drive operational excellence to ensure data accuracy and resolve tracking / pipeline issues.
  • Support on forecasting, spend allocation, and enable rapid performance pivots.
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation to improve team efficiency.

This might describe you

  • The ideal candidate wants to use their performance marketing experience alongside their strategic and analytical skills to help build a customer‑centric, growth‑minded organisation.
  • Proven track record of success (2-3+ years) in performance marketing DTC, management consulting, strategy & operations, technology, or a similar background.
  • Intensely data‑driven in your approach to solving problems, with a persistent desire to look for opportunities through data analysis, go multiple levels deep, understand, and take action.
  • Motivated by learning and mastering new things; constantly testing & learning to figure things out; willing to take calculated risks.
  • Experience working with omni‑channel attribution models & global organisations would be preferential.

Who you will work with

  • Report to Head of Growth.
  • Work side‑by‑side with a best‑in‑class Growth team - Performance Marketing, Creative, Insights and Brand team.
  • Internal Global teams at Harry’s including Digital Product, Lifecycle & Engagement, and Analytics.
  • Manage external vendors and agency partners across various marketing channels and tools.

Benefits and perks

  • Private medical and comprehensive dental coverage.
  • Pension savings plan with company match.
  • Group Income Protection and Life Assurance benefits.
  • Equity in Mammoth Brands.
  • Generous time off plus 8 paid bank holidays.
  • Wellness and L&D stipends.
  • 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years.
  • 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood.
  • Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop.
  • Free products from our family of brands.
