At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for a Transport Manager to join our team of passionate food and wine lovers!

About the role:

  • Ensure full legal compliance, operational efficiency, and high service standards across our transport operations.
  • Act as the nominated CPC holder on the Operator’s Licence.
  • Ensure full compliance with DVSA and Traffic Commissioner regulations.
  • Oversee driver hours, tachograph compliance, and Working Time Directive.
  • Manage daily transport operations and route planning.
  • Supervise and support drivers.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, MOTs, and servicing schedules.
  • Maintain accurate compliance and transport documentation.
  • Liaise with warehouse, operations, and management teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify cost-efficiency improvements.
  • Fleet Overview.

Who are we looking for:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in transportation management.
  • Valid Transport Manager CPC (Road Haulage) (must-have).
  • Proven experience managing fleet operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation.
  • Experience with Operator’s Licence compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Fluent Italian is a plus.
