At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for a Transport Manager to join our team of passionate food and wine lovers!
About the role:
- Ensure full legal compliance, operational efficiency, and high service standards across our transport operations.
- Act as the nominated CPC holder on the Operator’s Licence.
- Ensure full compliance with DVSA and Traffic Commissioner regulations.
- Oversee driver hours, tachograph compliance, and Working Time Directive.
- Manage daily transport operations and route planning.
- Supervise and support drivers.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, MOTs, and servicing schedules.
- Maintain accurate compliance and transport documentation.
- Liaise with warehouse, operations, and management teams.
- Monitor KPIs and identify cost-efficiency improvements.
- Fleet Overview.
Who are we looking for:
- At least two (2) years of experience in transportation management.
- Valid Transport Manager CPC (Road Haulage) (must-have).
- Proven experience managing fleet operations.
- Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation.
- Experience with Operator’s Licence compliance.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Fluent Italian is a plus.
