Head Chef in Oxford

We are seeking a career-oriented, experienced Head Chef to work across our two
Mamma Mia restaurants in Summertown & Jericho. Your role will be to support
our Exec Chef across both sites in all aspects of menu development and kitchen
management. This isn’t all about pizza!! We serve fabulous antipasti, pasta
dishes and daily specials that focus on classic Italian cooking. Mamma Mia is an
Oxford institution we never take for granted and constantly strive to improve…We
are very proud to celebrate our 45th Anniversary this year.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar fast paced style
kitchen with a great eye for detail. Not only will you need to lead and inspire
your team you will also need to deliver fantastic food and kitchen management. Your
position as Head Chef is fundamental to our continued success. … In return we
