This is very much a restaurant-based
position where you will focus on leading & inspiring your team and looking
after our very loyal customers. We need an engaging personality alongside
confidence and self-assurance. The position requires previous restaurant
manager experience, excellent communication and organisational skills.

Duties and
responsibilities will cover staff training & recruitment, daily
reconciliations, ordering & stock control. The role is to be work between
our Summertown & Jericho restaurants. This is a great opportunity to join a
local independent restaurant group with plans of expansion.

Ideally the
perfect candidate will have the following;

A minimum of a year’s assistant manager or restaurant supervisor
experience

The drive to lead from the front and motivate a team to deliver
high standards of service

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A genuine love of food, wine & hospitality

Strong organisational skills
