Role Summary: The post holder (internally referred to as Patient Onboarding Manager) will be responsible for managing the Patient Onboarding Team, ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, to help achieve organisational success and continued growth.
Role Duties:
- Managing, leading and motivating the Patient Onboarding team
- Ensuring personal and team KPIs are being met and ideally exceeded
- Meeting organisational targets to ensure continued growth of organisation
- Dealing with new patient registrations
- Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls
Qualification/Experience for Role:
- Extensive experience leading and motivating a high performing sales or recruitment team within a suitable call centre or relevant customer services role desired
- Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently
- Experience using MS Office desirable

We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so our patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
