Role Summary
The post holder (internally referred to as Patient Onboarding Manager) will be responsible for managing the Patient Onboarding Team, ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, to help achieve organisational success and continued growth.
Role Duties
- Managing, leading and motivating the Patient Onboarding team
- Ensuring personal and team KPIs are being met and ideally exceeded
- Meeting organisational targets to ensure continued growth of organisation
- Dealing with new patient registrations
- Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls
Qualification/Experience for Role
- Extensive experience leading and motivating a high performing sales or recruitment team within a suitable call centre or relevant customer services role desired
- Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently
