1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsHours : Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1800, fully onsite roleLocation : London, HolbornContract : Full Time and PermanentRole Summary:Mamedica are looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Practice/Clinic Manager to help ensure there are smooth operational processes across the Clinic with the day to day running of the Clinic, with the support of the wider team.Role Duties:Helping senior leadership to develop an efficient and productive team, building key business strategies and reviewing patient servicesTo help senior leadership oversee and empower the team to run daily operations of Mamedica Clinic and to ensure day to day compliance is up to date: which may include complaints, SEAs, letters, etcAssisting with overseeing daily practice operations including but not limited to, scheduling, security, occupational health and safety, stock management and trainingSupporting with controls supply i.e., FP10s making sure log is kept up to date and accurateHelping to enforce and lead re: CQC regulations, including risk assessments as per relevant policies and proceduresQualifications:A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferredManagement Qualification/Degree preferredExperiences & Skills:Current or recent experience of working within a healthcare management and team management-based role, with proven experience in CQC compliance within a medical background desiredStrong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage clinic operations, leading and motivating a team desiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and regulatory bodies desiredAbility to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently desiredMeticulous attention to detail in record-keeping and compliance documentation desiredAbout Mamedica:Mamedica is a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications.We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so our patients can receive their prescribed medical cannabis medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service.Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)Additional Information:Mamedica may receive a higher-than-anticipated number of applications for this role, such that it may not always be possible to provide individual feedback to all applications.Applicant shortlisting and interviews may be taking place whilst the role is still being advertised, which may mean that this advert may close sooner than expected.
