Role Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with clinical experience (NMC/HCPC/etc/overseas equivalent) to join us to support patients looking to register with us.
Role Duties:
- Dealing with new patient registrations.
- Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
- Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
- Contacting patients interested in registering with service.
- Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries.
Qualification/Experience for Role:
- Extensive experience within a high performing sales or recruitment role desired.
- Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently.
- Interest or background within medical cannabis preferred.
- Clinical experience within a healthcare-based setting (UK/Overseas) preferred.

About Mamedica: Mamedica is a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so our patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
