Role Summary:
We are looking to recruit an experienced MDT Administrator to join our Clinic team, based in Holborn, London. The MDT Administrator is an essential team member ensuring that there is a smooth process between consultations and patients being prescribed medication, making sure that regulatory and compliance requirements are adhered to.
Role Duties
- Documenting treatment plans for patients and ensuring correct medical information noted
- Taking minutes from MDT meetings
- Ensuring compliance, regulatory and safeguarding requirements are upheld
- Assisting with the needs of Head of Clinic Operations & Practice Manager as required
- Ensuring MDT management/Zendesk is always up to date
- Liaising with Consultants as required
Qualification/Experience for Role:
- Extensive experience with minutes/note-taking, or equivalent, required
- A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard desired
- Previous experience as an MDT Administrator desired
- Previous experience within healthcare or suitable clinical-setting desired
- Experience within a in busy patient focused role preferred
About Us:
We are a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications.
We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service.
Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
