Role Summary: We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Assistant to join our HR team, to be based across both our sites in Laindon (Basildon) & Holborn (Central London). The HR Assistant will support the Head of People & Culture in providing an effective HR service to the workforce and assist the day to day running of the organisation from a HR perspective.
Role Duties:
- To provide HR support to the business as required, ensuring the efficient running of the department and organisation.
- Maintain appropriate records for all aspects of work as per organisational standards.
- Supporting the organisation to ensure that all recruitment is managed appropriately, meeting organisational expectations i.e. applications and shortlisting, arranging interviews, and providing feedback appropriately.
- To assist with any HR-based investigatory processes within the organisation.
- To assist with pulling data, running reports or supporting the organisation as appropriate.
Qualification/Experience for Role:
- A good command of written and spoken English, and Mathematics – GSCE (or equivalent) standard desired.
- CIPD qualification preferred.
- Experience working within HR, ideally within a CQC-based sector, desired.
- Experience of good HR administrative practices & recruitment processes desired.
- Ability to take meeting minutes effectively required.
