We are looking to recruit an experienced Prescribing Pharmacist to join our Clinic team, based in Holborn, London. The post holder will be triaging patients and supporting with prescriptions to ensure a smooth and effective patient experience, clinically supporting the organisation.
Role Duties:
- Patient triaging
- Supporting prescription rewrites, repeat prescriptions and with queries
- Working under shared care for repeat prescriptions
- Working to ensure all clinical activities are up to date and compliant
- Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries
Qualification/Experience for Role:
- MPharm degree, or equivalent, required
- Valid registration with GPhC required
- Prescribing Course required
- Extensive experience as a prescribing pharmacist, ideally within a relevant UK setting
- Experience with using prescribing software, Zendesk (other equivalent platforms), and MS Office desirable

About Mamedica: A private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
