Role Overview:
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1800 (47.5 hours per week)
Location: Laindon, Basildon

Role Summary:
The Pharmacy Administrator is an essential team member ensuring that there are smooth processes across the organisation, focusing on organising/filing prescriptions, and helping with dispensary and prescription queries.
Role Duties:
- Liaising with Head of Pharmacy, Dispensary Manager and Lead Pharmacy Administrator regarding admin tasks and duties
- Assisting team with Zendesk matters
- Helping the team investigate and resolve patient queries as required
- Helping the team with patient invoices, delivery details as required
- Assisting the team with packaging of medication for shipment
Qualification for Role:
A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferred
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrator, within a healthcare setting preferred
- Extensive experience within an administrative role desired
- Experience using MS-Office preferred
- Previous experience using Zendesk preferred

About Mamedica:
We are a private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
