We’re therefore looking to recruit a Concession Store Manager for our Mamas & Papas concession store in Westwood Cross within M&S, leading, inspiring & developing your Mamas & Papas concession team of 8 to create magical moments for an incredible community of new & expectant parents across Broadstairs & surrounding areas.

These mini stores are perfect for an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager from a true customer experience perspective looking to take that step up into running their own store & team, their way. Or, a current Store Manager, passionate about customer experience, with so many ideas, wanting to work for a business in growth that’s not afraid to try new things. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire and develop your concession team of 8 to create magical moments for customers.
  • Operate the concession store within the Marks & Spencer partnership, delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Take a step up into running your own store and team, with the autonomy to manage operations in your own way.
  • Collaborate with recruitment to attract and onboard the right talent for the concession.
