Store Manager, Trafford Centre in Trafford Park

Role Purpose As Store Manager you will be fully responsible and accountable for driving and delivering all aspects of the Retail Stores' KPIs. This includes people management within their store from attraction and recruitment to development, succession planning and effectively addressing underperformance. The store manager will ensure that there is 100% compliance with all operational processes and procedures within the store. As manager they will lead from the front and act as an ambassador for the Company by ensuring that all Mamas & Papas customers receive the very best customer experience. Role & Responsibilities: Sales & Performance

• Drive sales and profitability by owning the store's P&L
• Analyse trading performance and put action plans in place to hit targets
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners Customer

• Use customer feedback to keep improving the in-store experience
• Set the standard for shop floor and back-of-house presentation People Leadership

What you'll need

• GCSEs in Maths and English
• Experience managing or deputising in a store or concession
