You will manage a dedicated Mamas & Papas store team, from Deputy through to Supervisors and Sales Consultants (approximately 30 colleagues in total within the Westfield White City Shopping Centre). All are passionate about parenting and delivering a unique in-store experience to our amazing customers and community of new and expectant parents.
This store is currently placed No. 2 in the country for results, with the real potential for this significant store to be FLAGSHIP within Mamas & Papas.
If you come from a Senior or Flagship Retail Management background, proven in inspiring, developing, and leading teams to drive results, and are genuinely passionate about true customer experience, then we would love to hear from you.
