Through amazing & continued brand growth, we’ve been opening up more of our beautiful little Mamas & Papas concession stores in partnership with NEXT. We’re therefore looking to recruit a Concession Store Manager for our site near Meadowhall, leading, inspiring & developing your Mamas & Papas concession team of 8 to create these magical moments for an incredible community of new & expectant parents across Sheffield & surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire & develop your concession team (8 people) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create magical moments for an active community of new and expectant parents across Sheffield & surrounding areas.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the concession store, including driving sales, visual merchandising, stock management and ensuring store standards.
  • Collaborate with NEXT to integrate concession activity, uphold brand standards and deliver growth in a fast‑moving retail environment.
  • Coach and support team members to grow their skills, deliver outstanding service, and achieve personal and store targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Store Manager with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to lead a small team, manage a concession store, and implement ideas in a growth-focused business.
  • Strong communication, initiative, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
