They provide in‑store personal shopping, car seat consultations, parent‑to‑be events and help guide customers through their unique parenting journey, ensuring that buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit becomes a magical moment.
The Role of Sales Assistant / Consultant
We are looking for two Sales Assistants to support our Thurrock store.
The role covers 8 and 4 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays.
You will act as an ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and assistance to customers.
- Assist with personal shopping, car seat consultations and parent‑to‑be events.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is welcoming.
- Support sales targets and perform cash handling duties.
Requirements
- Previous retail, sales or customer‑service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work flexible weekend hours.
