Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, offering product insight, knowledge and trust. They support in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in-store parent-to-be events, and guide customers on their parenting journey to help them choose items like prams, cots, baby changing tables or outfits for a baby’s first birthday, creating magical moments.

We are expanding our team at Mamas & Papas Stratford and are looking for amazing Sales Assistant professionals to join our Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant teams.

The Role

Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant based at our Stratford store. This vacancy covers 8, 12 or 16 hours per week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays. Apply to discuss shift patterns that work for you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product insight and guidance to customers, including in-store experiences and events.
  • Support customers along their shopping journey, helping them choose items such as prams, cots, changing tables and baby outfits.
  • Participate in in-store events and personal shopping experiences where applicable.
  • Assist with general store duties to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Background in retail, sales or customer service preferred.
  • Friendly, customer-focused with a passion for delivering memorable service.
