We are looking to recruit a forward-thinking HR/People Business Partner to join our People Team, delivering on our purpose through our incredible colleagues across our nationwide Retail Division (c65 stores and concessions with over 700 retail colleagues).

The role of Retail People Business Partner involves partnering with Regional Managers and retail leadership teams to build high-performing, engaged and customer-focused teams across our store and concession network. You will translate our people strategy into practical actions that improve commercial performance, colleague engagement, retention, capability and customer experience. You will challenge, coach and support leaders to make great people decisions, ensuring the right talent, culture and leadership capability are in place to deliver business goals.

This is a highly visible role operating within a predominantly hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 out, balancing time between the field nationally and the Republic of Ireland, supporting stores across the regions, and working alongside the wider HR team in Huddersfield HQ.
