We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded and results-driven In-House Recruitment Manager to lead the full end-to-end recruitment cycle & strategic recruitment direction & support across the entire business.
This role owns everything from sourcing and attraction through to offer management, onboarding handover and long-term talent pipeline development for all head office and store management roles, and the overarching ownerships of our Store Team colleague recruitment approach.
As the first voice of the business for many candidates, you will represent our brand, values and Employee Value Proposition with warmth, confidence and energy.
You will partner with senior stakeholders, control recruitment spend, map the market, directly approach key talent and lead, develop and inspire a Recruiter to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven in-house recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment leadership experience, with hands-on full lifecycle delivery.
- Experience managing, coaching and developing a Recruiter or recruitment team member.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and providing clear, credible recruitment advice & solutions.
- Ability to problem solve, think outside the box, providing effective solutions to continually source, attract and secure the best candidates possible.
- Ability to upskill hiring managers through accessible recruitment tools and structured technical and behavioural interview guidance.
- Strong experience managing and improving ATS platforms, recruitment reporting and hiring workflows and tools.
- Commercial awareness, including controlling recruitment spend, reducing unnecessary spend, and improving return on investment.
- A proactive, creative and tenacious mindset, with the belief that “that’ll do, will never do” when, sourcing, attracting and securing the very best candidates for the good of the business.
- A strong ambassador for employer brand and EVP.
