The role of QA Data Analyst is key in delving deep into the data from our Spares & Repairs teams, as well as Customer Care, where our customers may have had an issue with a product. From the trends and data you gather, you will work collaboratively with product designers, engineers, product testers, as well as warehouse, distribution, stock control, and a multitude of other departments including finance and buying to identify commercial impacts, quality improvements, and product performance. This role also involves looking into environment reporting and data submissions.
This position is ideal for someone who loves delving into the mysteries of a good spreadsheet or two, and has an inquisitive mind that can translate data into reality for teams to understand and take action upon.
