Our store teams are that warm arm of reassurance, that friendly face to offer incredible product insight, product knowledge and trust. Whether it be our in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in‑store parent‑to‑be events, or someone to help guide our customers along their own unique parent journey, our amazing store teams are there to make sure buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit for baby’s 1st birthday is magical moments they’ll cherish forever.

Our supervisors are our ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. We are looking for an amazing supervisor/team leader to be based at our Mamas & Papas Lisburn store, leading a small team of sales consultants and working closely with the store manager or management teams to achieve store results and an exceptional customer experience.

Shift Schedule: 12 hours per week, shifts as follows:

  • Monday 6–10
  • Thursday 7:30–11:30
  • Friday 6–10

Responsibilities: If you come from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background, love putting a smile on a customer’s face, leaving them with magical moments, can lead a team by example and support, then we’d love to hear from you.
