Role Store Supervisor – based at the Mamas & Papas Lisburn store. Leads a small team of Sales Consultants, works closely with the store Manager and Management teams to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Shift Pattern: Monday 06:00‑10:00, Thursday 07:30‑11:30, Friday 06:00‑10:00

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and support the team
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and store performance
  • Support the store Manager in implementing strategies and meeting targets

Qualifications:

  • Retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background
  • Strong ability to inspire and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive, reliable and capable of working independently within a small team
