Mamas & Papas is seeking an experienced In-House Recruitment Manager to lead the full end-to-end recruitment cycle and strategic direction across the business. You will own sourcing, attraction, offer management, onboarding handover and long-term talent pipelines for head office and store roles, while championing our EVP with senior stakeholders.
You will build and develop a recruitment function, drive process improvements, and manage spend to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
