Through continued business growth (both UK & Internationally) at the beginning of an exciting next chapter, we are looking to recruit a Head of Creative into our Marketing team.

As a Head of Creative, you will bring clarity, consistency, and creative strength to our brand. This role is about strengthening and elevating our brand rather than a full redefinition, so we’re looking for an experienced creative thinker to help us step change how we deliver creative and visual storytelling today. You’ll reimagine how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, ensuring it is cohesive, distinctive, and creatively compelling.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Senior Brand Manager, as well as wider cross-functional business departments, you’ll align teams around a clear creative direction and embed more effective ways of working. You will lead, inspire, and develop our in-house creative team while also working alongside our agency partners to drive real step-change, consistency, and alignment across all multi-channel touchpoints within our creative output.

This is a hands-on senior role, leading our creative team and direction, that gives the opportunity to drive real impact within a household name brand, and for an incredible community of new and expectant parents (plus gifters) as part of our UK and International growth plans and purpose.
